RETURN POLICY

In-Store Purchases:

We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 calendar days after purchasing the item. At our sole discretion, after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.

  • Original sales receipt must accompany returns. If you registered your name at the time of the sale, we may be able to look up your receipt number, if you do not have the original sales receipt.
  • Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition and in its original packaging, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, unless determined to be damaged or defective by no fault of the customer.
  • The refund, exchange or store credit will be in the amount of the item’s purchase price, less any applied discount, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • The item must not be a special order or a custom order.
  • The item must not be marked that it cannot be returned or with a different return policy.

Online Purchases:

We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the item. At our sole discretion, after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.

  • The customer must contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery of the item. Items returned to us after 7 days and without contacting us, will not be refunded.
  • Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, and in its original packaging and shipping container.
  • The refund, exchange or store credit will be in the amount of the item’s purchase price, less any applied discount, plus any applicable sales tax. Cost of shipping the item to the customer will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the store.
  • The item must not be a special order or a custom order.
  • The item must not be marked that it cannot be returned or with a different return policy.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.

    • You must contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving the item.
    • Damaged or defective items that you received from us, will qualify for a replacement, store credit or refund.
    • Other than damage, items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition, without showing signs of wear, and in its original packaging and shipping container.
    • The refund or store credit will be in the amount of the item’s purchase price, less any applied discount, and any applicable sales tax, plus the cost of shipping the item to the customer.
    • The store is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the store.
    • Refunds or store credit are contingent upon inspection of the returned item(s), once we receive it.
